QueZap is a food pre-order app that lets you order ahead, pay from anywhere, skip the queue and simply walk in to collect your food — exactly when it is ready.
Every single time Satyam went to order food — whether at a college canteen, a cafe or a restaurant in Chandigarh — there was always a queue. Sometimes the wait was so long that by the time he reached the counter, the food he wanted was sold out.
And if there was a network issue at the payment counter? He would lose his spot and have to start all over again. But then he realised — if the network is bad at one spot, just step 5 metres away, find signal, make the payment, and walk back to collect the food. Nobody should have to do that.
In October 2025, Satyam started researching how to make this possible — studying how food ordering works, what problems cafes face, and how to build a system that solves the queue problem. Side by side, while researching, he built QueZap from scratch. The result is what you see today.

QueZap is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone), placing orders (order details, pickup time), and using our services. We also collect usage data such as pages visited.
We share your order information with the restaurant you order from. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and secure databases. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

QueZap is a food pre-ordering platform for pickup from partner cafes across India. We are not a food delivery service.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
All orders are subject to restaurant availability. Prices are set by partner restaurants. QueZap is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by users.
Orders may be cancelled if in "pending" or "confirmed" status. Once preparation begins, cancellations are not possible.
QuePoints have no monetary value and cannot be transferred. They expire 12 months after the last order if your account is inactive.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh.

If you cancel an order before preparation begins (status: pending or confirmed), you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
If a restaurant prepares your order incorrectly, contact us within 2 hours of pickup. We will investigate and issue a refund or QuePoints credit.
If a cafe cancels your order, you will receive an automatic full refund.
